NEWS, year 2008
We had just a fantastic year 2008.
THANK YOU ALL MY FRIENDS!
In dog shows we had such a great success, we collected for example:
20 new titles
10 x CACIB
19 x CAC
6 x BOB
9 x BOS
We also got many res-CAC's,
res-CACIB's and for example over 40 Best Bitch / Best Male -placements.
"Lotta" Somehow Some Tru'n Oz opened her account in official agility
competitions and placed 2nd in Aussies agility championship competition,
for example.
"Tessi" Terriway Thin Red Line made her debut-year in veteran classes,
being for example BIS2-veteran, BIS3-veteran, BIS4-veteran, 7 x BOB-veteran
and 9 x BOS-veteran.
"Tyson"
Benayr Meet My Match was shown in puppy classes and he was 4 x BOB-puppy.
Kennel Somehow showed a breeder class three times. I think it's well done,
because we had only two litters possible to show - and every three times we were
qualified with Honour Prize.
Also "Jesse's" (Somehow Focus Point) birth is something
unforgettable - Jesse and her mother Pipsa really knows how to surprise...
NOW JUST LOOK TO THE FUTURE - AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!

13.12.08 Two fabulous placements in Finnish Winner Show!
Sisters Latte (CH
Somehow Take-Away) and Tazz (Somehow
True Touch) took excellent placements in the biggest show in Finland,
Finnish Winner show 2008. Latte was the 2nd best bitch (BB-2) with
res-CACIB. Latte was very very well handled by Heta Keskitalo. Tazz was
chosen as the 3rd best bitch (BB-3) with her second CAC -
so Tazz needs now only one more CAC to finish her championtitle! Breed entry was
35 aussies.
CONGRATULATIONS TIINA, ANNE & MARI!
"Pipsa" (CH Somehow Someday Maybe)
showed very well and was 3rd in champion class with 'excellent', "Tessi"
(CH Terriway Thin Red Line)
had absolutely too much speed and she placed 2nd in veteran class with 'excellent'
and "Nelli" (Somehow Today
Maybe) didn't want to show, she gainned 'good' this time.

she placed 3rd in official competition and 2nd in aussies breed
championship competition!
BIG HUG AND CONGRATULATIONS to Minna & Lotta! I'm so proud of you two! Silver

9.11.08 Great presents from Poland:
Pipsa was Best Bitch in Polish Winner Show and our new team members are now here
in Finland!
Pipsa (CH Somehow Someday Maybe) travelled to Poland with her another owner Tiina. Pipsa was chosen as the Best Bitch (BB-1) in Polish Winner Show! She got also CACIB and CAC as well as brand new titles PL CH (Champion of Poland) and PL&PZW-08 (Polish Winner 2008).
Pipsa's critics: "Very
beautiful bitch with
many perfect features
for
breed. Excellent head, topline, balance
and
carried
tail. Excellent mover.
Fulfilled body. Perfect chest.
Sufficient
bones.
Beautiful
coat.
Perfect representative of breed."
Usually in Poland dog needs three CAC's to become Polish Champion, but in this show was a special rules: "Dogs and bitches from abroad, which have on the day of the show the confirmed Champion title and will be awarded in the intermediate, open, champion or working class the CWC/CAC certificate, will receive automatically the title Polish Champion". So, because Pipsa was already FIN & LTU CH, now she is also PL CH!
And we got also some more presents from Poland... Our long awaited blue & tan siblings are here now! This lovely puppies are Viva La Vida Bella Vita and Viva Carnival Bella Vita, familiarly known as "Wisla" and "Wars". These babies are owned by Anna Riutta-Salo & Tiina Aalto and bred by Kinga Oscilowska.
Thank You Kinga so much for these awesome puppies and all your help!

25.10.08 Tessi had a funny day in Seinäjoki
We visited in Seinäjoki INT show, and Tessi (CH Terriway Thin Red Line) was in a full speed again. She had lot of fun - and that's our goal with our veteran girl, she is shown only because she really wants to do that! Tessi was BOS-veteran and the judge thought that she was also 5th best bitch. The judge didn't like specially our other dogs, so Tazz and Lotta gainned "very good".
Thank you Sanna, Minna, Mari, Eva, Arja and others, the day was very nice, even though the show place was not so good.

We spent such a wonderful day in Hämeenlinna group
show (breed entry: 40). We had only two girls with us, mother and daughter.
Latte (CH Somehow
Take-Away) had her 2 years birthday on Friday, so this show was her
very first oppoturnity to finish her championtitle (in Finland at least one CAC
must get over 2 years old). Latte did it easily: she won a big open class, was
Best Bitch 2nd (BB-2) and got her 7th and last CAC. So Latte is
now also FIN CH! With this title she will finish also Lithuanian Champion
-title (LTU CH), because she has a Lithuanian CAC also under her belt.
Tessi (CH Terriway Thin Red Line), my love veteran, was also with us. She had taken a little break from dog shows, but she still had her speed... So speedy that her owner-handler had some difficulties with her ;) Anyway - Tessi was Best Bitch 3rd (BB-3) after her daughter Latte and was also BOS-veteran.
What a day... and here are the critics of our girls:
"Latte": "Attractive red bitch. Fem.
head & expression. Good bite. Nice neck & topline. Well angulated behind. Good
forechest. Moves with lot of drive. Good red coat. Nice temperament."
"Tessi": "8,5 years old, shown in good condition. Feminine head &
expression. Nice neck & topline. Good forechest. Well angulated behind. Moves
with a lot of fun today. Enjoys her day today. Very good red coat."

8.9.08 Latte Best Bitch in Helsinki all breed show & best intermediate class bitch in Aussie speciality
We visited in two dog shows during weekend. First it was time to travel to Helsinki all breed show and next day to Lahti to Australian terrier Special. Only two of our dogs took part in these shows, Latte (CH Somehow Take-Away) and Remu (INT CH Truozzy's Rock Me). They both got some fabulous results in both days:
On Saturday in Helsinki all breed show Latte was
chosen as most beautiful bitch, Best Bitch #1 (BOS)! There were over 20
aussies in this show. Latte got also her 6th CAC from Finland. Remu did
it well too, he was 3rd best male (BD-3).
On Sunday in Lahti australian terrier speciality show Latte won her class
with 'excellent'. She competed in big intermediate class, and only two of
them was qualified as 'excellent'. Remu was 4th in champion class. I think their
results were so good, because it was not so many who got 'excellent'.
Latte's critics in Aussie Speciality, judge by Hans Lehtinen from Finland:
"Upstanding bitch with very beautiful expression. Beautiful head. Excellent body. Exemplary rear. Stands well on her legs. Correct length of coat and very good coat texture. Beautiful, dark red colour."

1.-3.8.08 Tessi 3 x the best veteran bitch in Sawo Show!
We travelled to Kuopio with our own family and a half of family Aalto. Our trip was very nice - and the results too. There were three international shows during weekend, and our Tessi (CH Terriway Thin Red Line) was the best veteran bitch (BOS-veteran) every day! Her daughter Latte (CH Somehow Take-Away) won her class with excellent also every day, and on Sunday she was even 4th best bitch (BB-4) with res-CAC (there were over 20 bitches in this show). Our energetic Molli (Truozzy's Chicago Hope) made her debuts in dog shows, being two times 'very good', once 'excellent' and 2nd in her class. Pipsa (CH Somehow Someday Maybe) took part in two shows, being 'excellent' and 'very good'. Pitko (Somehow Funny Bunny) showed in the basset ring and won her class two times with 'very good'.

27.7.08 Excellent day in Pori INT show
We countinued very hot show weekend in Pori international show today, with excellent results: Tessi (CH Terriway Thin Red Line), who was BIS4-veteran yesterday, was today 3rd Best Bitch (BB-3), BOB-veteran again and was even shortlisted in BIS-veteran group, she was among eight (8) best veteran in show! The second best placement in our team went to Tazz (Somehow True Touch), who showed very well, won the intermediate bitches and was 4th Best Bitch (BB-4) with res-CAC and res-CACIB. The winner of open class with excellent was our Latte (CH Somehow Take-Away), among four open class bitches. The biggest surprise today was our Pipsa's (CH Somehow Someday Maybe) placement; she was 2nd in champion class with excellent, among five champion bitches - her puppy was born seven weeks and three days ago and Pipsa should lose some weight, but she did it so well anyway. Fourth in champion bitches with excellent was Lotta (CH Somehow Some Tru'n Oz). Kennel Somehow breeder class (with Somehow Take-Away, Somehow True Touch, Somehow Some Tru'n Oz, Somehow Someday Maybe) got the honour prize (HP).
I want to thank all my dear friends for all help and great company!

26.7.08 Tessi BIS4-veteran in Turku all breed show!
Our brightest star in Turku all breed show today was our love veteran bitch Tessi (CH Terriway Thin Red Line), who was first 4th in Best Bitch -competition (BB-4), then BOB-veteran and finally even the 4th best veteran in whole show (BIS4-veteran)! Our best male was Remu (INT CH Truozzy's Rock Me), who got Best Male #3 -placement (BD-3). Nelli (Somehow Today Maybe) showed very well and was EXC 2nd in intermediate class. Tupu (Somehow Trial Run) did it better than last weekend, he got nicely 'very good' and placed 4th in his class. Today it was not Latte's (CH Somehow Take-Away) day, she wasn't showing her best sides and was VG 2nd.

20.7.08 BOB-BOB-BOB - excellent day in Ypäjä!
We spent an excellent day in Ypäjä all breed show: our love Latte (CH Somehow Take-Away) was the best aussie (BOB) with her 5th CAC. Second best bitch (BB-2) after Latte was her sister Tazz (Somehow True Touch), who got also res-CAC. Best Bitch #4 (BB-4) was Lotta (CH Somehow Some Tru'n Oz). The best male (BOS) was our Remu (INT CH Truozzy's Rock Me), who has been shown occasionally duing this year - with excellent results - and now he was in good condition again. My special girl, dear veteran Tessi (CH Terriway Thin Red Line) was BOB-veteran, and kennel Somehow was BOB-breeder. There were also Nelli (Somehow Today Maybe) and Tupu (Somehow Trial Run) with us, unfortunately they both need just a bit better coat in this moment and that's why Nelli got 'very good' and Tupu 'good' today.

Tessi was handled by Tommi again, and they placed 2nd in Child & Dog -competition! Tommi handled Tessi also in the small adult dogs' competition, and they placed 2nd also in this ring. Well done Tommi and Tessi, again! Molli was handled by me and jumped happily in the ring, but still she got the red ribbon :) More pictures here.
